Include as much information as possible. It will be easier for the organisation to review and respond to your submission if it contains specific details like names, dates, times, locations, business areas, activities, etc. If available, upload files relevant to your submission as evidence, such as pictures, PDFs and Microsoft Office files. Remember that you can sign into the RespectX platform and add more information to your report at a later time. A formal investigation conducted by the organisation would also present an opportunity to add more information.
